**Once you place an order, it can't be cancelled nor can we guarantee changes can be made.
***PLEASE make sure your address on PayPal is your mailing address. We can't ship to a different address per PayPal policies.
Due to the nature of these products , we cannot accept returns or exchanges of a product once it has been shipped. The one & only guaranteed exception to this is if you are shipped the incorrect item(s). We do try to ensure orders are correct before shipped, including the orders being checked by 2 different people, but it isn't impossible for a mistake to be made. We are not responsible for the carrier losing any packages or any damage to the items that occurs while in the possession of the carrier. We are also not responsible for any packages stolen after it has been turned over to the carrier. For damaged, lost, or stolen Priority Mail packages, insurance claims can be made for up to $50, unless additional insurance is purchased. We will be happy to help with this process, but replacement orders can't be shipped until an insurance claim is approved.
Please keep in mind, during the summer months some items could possibly be damaged by extreme heat or high humidity levels. This falls under the category of damage while in the carriers possession, as we have no control over this. We take steps to prevent heat damage, but you are responsible for removing a package from your mailbox or outside of your house ASAP. Some products are temperature sensitive, and we do take this into consideration when packaging your items. Everything is packaged to the best of our ability to try to prevent any weather related damage.
*RECEIVING INCORRECT ITEM(S)* If you are accidently sent an incorrect order or item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All orders are double checked by 2 different people before shipping, but mistakes aren't impossible. If that happens, we accept full responsibility to correct the order at no addional cost to you, as long as you contact us within the 7 day time frame.
*PRODUCT DAMAGE IN CARRIERS POSSESSION* Products damaged while in the carriers possession are not eligible for refund or return. They can be replaced upon approval of the insurance claim. This will need to be taken care of this through USPS/UPS. Packages mailed via USPS Priority Mail automatically come with $50 of insurance. If your order exceeds $50 & you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us AFTER you place you order. After receiving your message, I will email you a quote for the cost of additional insurance, which is only a few dollars. Upon your approval of the cost, you will receive a PayPal invoice in your email inbox, for the cost of the additional insurance. It is normally only a couple dollars for additional insurance.
If you place an order weighing under 1lb, it will be sent via USPS 1st Class mail, & this shipping method does not have any insurance unless you purchase it.
*LOST PACKAGES* Packages that are lost while in USPS possession will also be taken care of through USPS insurance. We are not responsible for packages that they lose. Please read the information on damaged packages, because all the same information applies to lost packages, including purchasing additional insurance.
*STOLEN PACKAGES* . USPS insurance usually doesn't cover packages that are stolen after delivery, but if this happens, you can try to file a claim with them. If there isn't a safe place for the carrier to leave your package, you can request that it is held at your post office by visiting the USPS website.
